  3. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available islandwide for orders placed on the website or through our social media platforms.
  4. KOKO Payments: At checkout, select Koko Payments as your payment method. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely and efficiently

Placing an Order

You can place orders through:

  • Our Website: Shop directly from our platform.
  • Social Media: Message us on Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are consistent across all platforms for transparency.

Delivery Information

  • Tracking Your Order: Use the waybill number provided to track your shipment at Falcon Courier Service.
  • Delivery Process:
    • Delivery is free for all orders.
    • If the delivery personnel cannot reach you after three attempts, the product will be returned to us.
    • If you still wish to receive the product, an additional delivery fee of 500 LKR will apply.

Returns Policy

  • Returns Accepted Only for Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item (which is rare), contact us immediately.
  • Refunds: Issued only in the event of an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. Here’s how our exchange process works:

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Provide:
    • Order Reference Number
    • A description of the issue
    • A photo of the item

Exchange Process

  • Product Return: The product must be sealed in the waterproof package it arrived in or similar.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Our delivery provider will collect the product at your convenience.
    • Alternatively, you can drop it off at our location.
  • Shipping the New Product: Once we receive the exchanged item, we will dispatch your new product within 3 business days.

Additional Charges

  • Customers bear an exchange delivery charge of 800 LKR.
  • Any price differences can be settled via COD or bank transfer.
